- If you prefer to use your own preferred shipper, you may use any carrier you choose that can provide a tracking number for your package. Ship to the address given to you by our customer service department. Cost of return shipping in this case is the responsibility of the customer. - Rugs need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or an equivalent of the original packaging. RA# needs to be on the outside of the packaging.
