Had a little issue with one as the colors weren't as they appeared and I exchanged for a different color of the same style with help from the staff at Select Rugs. The color was still not what they had described (said it was golden but it truly was a citrus green) but it managed to work well in the space anyways. We love the rug, it is a perfect match for what we were looking for. The only thing I have to report is when the rug arrived it had been to tightly rolled which means some parts of the rug were crimped so we had to put a heavy piece of MDF wood on top of it for about a week a half before it would lay flat.
Otherwise, we are very happy with our purchase. Thank you. |

Very pleased witht the service. If I had questions, every effort was made to find the answer and get back to me in an expedient fashion.
The only issue we had was with of of the three carpets we purchased. After rolling the carpet out we found it difficult to lie flat. It seems to have a ripple effect around the perimeter. It is somewhat better after a couple of weeks, and I am sure will eventually flatten, but still seems to be a bit rippled. Thanks. |
